We are excited to say that 6 units at Parkshores Sunshine Beach Resort are under new management, by Sunshine Beach holiday specialists, Aspire Property Management.

Aspire is taking over management of Units 2,3,4,5,9 and 10 and promise to bring a personal touch to the management of these beautiful properties.

The Aspire management and team are seasoned holiday accommodation professionals, dedicated to the care and service requirements of our guests.

Aspire Property Management are Noosa property management specialists and have a focus on maintaining an excellent standard of guest service at all times.

“We have a different approach to other managers because we specialise only in property management.

Housekeeping is a good example. While others may pay cleaners per clean, Aspire, has permanent, full time and professional staff on hand to make sure every apartment is presented according to guest expecations.

The Aspire office at 10 Sunshine Beach Road Noosa Junction is also centrally located and enroute from Noosa, or the freeway to Sunsine Beach.
